We invite you to join the first of our three LocrianZoom Concerts on September 19th

Please click the link below to join the webinar and view our concert starting at
7:30pm Eastern Time, September 19th

We expect to open the floor for a discussion after the concert. Zoomlinks for our September 26th and October 3rd concets will be available as those concerts approach. Please contact info@locrian.org with any questions.

[No admission fee for any Locrian concert or discussion, although we welcome donations at any time to encourage the development and performance of new music.]

The Locrian Chamber Players are a group of performers and composers dedicated to the music of our time.  Their concerts are devoted exclusively to works less than a decade old, and their programs include both established and emerging composers.  They perform contemporary music without pre-concert discussions and voluminous program notes, believing that the best music, when presented directly, speaks for itself. Since their first concert in 1995, The Locrian Chamber Players have presented over thirty world premieres and have given first New York performances of works by George Crumb, Philip Glass, Morton Subotnick, Joan LaBarbara, James Tenney, Alvin Curran, George Tsontakis, Roger Reynolds, Jo Kondo along with many others.

We look forward to returning to the concert hall soon.  In the meantime,  you can listen to past Locrian performances on our YouTube channel.  And please plan to join us on Zoom for the following events:
